"A Haltenberger Samu-díj a Budapesti Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara Elnöksége által regisztrált elismerés, melyet a Taxis Szakmai Kollégium javaslata alapján a BKIK VI-os Osztálya adományoz. Az évente átadásra kerülõ plakett egy gazdasági társaság és három egyéni vállalkozó tulajdonába kerül. A kitüntetés az elsõsorban Budapesten dolgozó, engedéllyel rendelkezõ taxisoknak, taxis vállalkozásoknak, illetve ezek érdekében kifejtett munkássága, személyes tapasztalata és betöltött tisztsége alapján egy kiemelkedõ személy, és/vagy gazdasági társaság részére adományozható."
